Registration

By submitting the registration form, the sender accepts that the sending of the invoice for the participation fee by the Conference organisers to the e-mail addresses mentioned in the registration form is equivalent to the receipt of the invoice by the beneficiary. The original invoice will be handed to the participant at registration or by mail within 15 days of the event's finalisation. The payment of the participation fee will be made exclusively by bank transfer (Treasury / Commercial Bank / IaBilet.ro facilities). The deadline for payment of the participation fee is 21 May 2024.

If a person wishes to participate in the Conference in his/her own name, without representing an institution, he/she will only complete the table above without the table in Section 2.

If you want CME points, it is mandatory to fill in the registration form below for the participant of medical profession and you will receive the certificate of participation from the date of the event to the maximum 15 days.
